  • Actively scout and discover potential new influencers, creators, and players to join Repulse Gaming
  • Work with our recruitment and roster management team to effectively onboard new talent
  • Organize and log potential players in an organized system
  • Stay up-to-date with all Fortnite competitive placements and content trends
  • Assist roster managers by providing required assets and support to Repulse Gaming influencers, creators, and players

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a talent scout, with proficiency in talent management
  • Strong passion for the esports industry, specifically Fortnite, and staying up-to-date with competition and content creation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a professional manner and handle confidential information
  • Proficient in organizational tools and Google Suite
  • Capable of working collaboratively with others, understanding teamwork goals and requirements
