From kids playing video games in their basement to one of the best up-and-coming esports lifestyle brands in the world. Repulse Gaming was originally founded in early 2018 by 14-year-old Charlie Hammond, an aspiring video game player and enthusiast with a passion and love for creating content and competing. When esports took center stage in world media following the debut of the popular video game Fortnite, Charlie and his friends jumped on the hype train and started their own gaming “clan”. In 2018, Repulse Gaming closed down due to a lack of experience and funding needed for operations to continue and in early 2020, Repulse Gaming was brought back to life with the brand reimagined and ready to take on the world.
