YOUR HEAD OF DISCORD STAFF FOCUS

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Repulse Gaming Discord server
  • Work with the Repulse Gaming community team to schedule and host community events within the Repulse Gaming Discord server
  • Manage a team of Discord staff, including training, mentoring, scheduling, and improving community support
  • Lead engagement and growth of the Repulse Gaming Discord server by utilizing Discord tools
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Discord trends, updates, and analytics
  • Plan Discord growth campaigns, organizing Repulse Gaming Discord promotions

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience managing Discord servers and Discord staff teams
  • Strong passion for the esports community, specifically Fortnite, with a willingness to drive community engagement
  • Proficient in teamwork, communication, community support, and leadership skills
  • Knowledgeable in Discord bots, Discord tools, the Discord dashboard, analytics, and webhooks
  • Experienced in project management and hosting community events
