Actively scout and discover potential new Fortnite influencers, players, and creators
Work with player scouts and recruiters to effectively organize and plan new roster recruits
Oversee all aspects of the Repulse Gaming Fortnite roster and its players
Collaborate with the Fortnite players and creators on the roster, managing them, ensuring expectations are met, coordinating content participation with the Repulse Gaming production team, and providing resources to players and creators
Keep detailed analytical tracking of the players and creators on the roster
Stay up to date with all Fortnite competitive placements and content trends

Proven experience as a Fortnite roster manager, with proficiency in talent management
Strong passion for the Fortnite competitive and content community/industry
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and player needs
Capable of being a leader with strong interpersonal skills, knowing how to effectively communicate with others
Proficient in organizational tools and Google Suite
