YOUR CONTENT DIRECTOR FOCUS

• Oversee all aspects of content creation for Repulse Gaming’s long from and short projects.
• Collaborate with the Repulse Gaming production team to develop unique and engaging content ideas.
• Drive video ideation, crafting innovative content ideas that align with our overall creative strategy.
• Manage in-house editors and scriptwriters, offering insight, constructive feedback, and evaluations to enhance the quality of our content.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in long form and short form content production.
• Ensure the success of content across Repulse Gaming's social media platforms.
• Schedule and manage Repulse Gaming members participating in all Repulse Gaming post prodution.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a content and video manager in the gaming industry.
• A strong passion for video creation and a deep understanding of the Fortnite audience.
• Excellent understanding of video production and what constitutes "successful content," including scriptwriting, recording, and editing.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality post-production work.
• Strong background in producing content.
• Familiarity with developing promotional content specifically for long from projects is essential.
